We design and manufacture clamping and checking jigs and, in general, parts for the preparation of manufacture and subsequent service, including the manufacture of spare parts.
Our field of activity also includes the manufacture of shaped parts for moulds and other custom manufacture.
We have extensive experience in manufacturing technology, machining, heat treatment, surface treatment and measurement. Subsequently also with assembly and functional testing.
We operate in Czech Republic near Police nad Metují in a newly reconstructed workshop, which is, in all aspects, fitted out with the latest equipment to ensure the best results of the services we provide.
We offer construction works in the Solidworks sector, modifying existing projects and creating new ones. We have experience in the field of fixtures for serial and large-serial clamping.
We manufacture special gauges according to customer specifications. We have extensive experience in the automotive sector.
Machining work is performed using a Bridgeport Torocut TC2G 525x400x415 milling centre.
Flat and round grinding, including holes.
Turning on traditional lathes and CNC lathes.
Milling on a milling machine equipped with a divider.
We provide all common types of heat treatment.
We provide surface treatment, including engraving and laser marking.
